• Assist the overall management of the Maintenance Department including all aspects of technical skills and knowledge in Civil & Building of maintenance of highway / road, building, bridge, slope and pavement
• Assist in the implementing of work orders, improvement and upgrading and proactive / preventive maintenance works
• Manage the budget control and cost monitoring
• Liaise with government and local authorities, consultants, developers and contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering;
• Minimum 8 years experience in related field;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Results-oriented, strong analytical skills, able to demonstrate sense of initiative with and work with minimal supervision;
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
