Grand Saga Sdn Bhd was incorporated 26 July, 1991 with the aim to provide road users in Malaysia with highways and related services of the highest quality; and to be a part of the country's industrial blueprint of the future.

The company was entrusted by the Government to undertake the design, construction, maintenance and operation of the privatized section of the Federal Route 1; namely, the Cheras – Kajang Highway . The result: a four-lane, dual carriageway which cut down travelling time from 45 minutes to 15 minutes.

The Concession Agreement signed on 19 September 1995 granted Grand Saga a concession period of 30 years on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis.

At present, our authorized and paid-up capital is RM50 million each respectively. Grand Saga is well positioned to meet future challenges.
